  • 200 ml of milk
  • 250 grams of cream
  • 20 grams of flour
  • A little lemon juice

  • 350 grams of kale
  • 100 grams of almond flour
  • 80 grams of grated parmesan
  • 1 egg

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel the back and remove the woody parts.
  • Cut into thin strips and blot with kitchen paper.
  • Mix the parmesan and almond flour in a bowl and whisk the egg salt in a separate bowl.
