Tip: For best results, mix hard and soft ingredients alternately in a juicer or puree with a blender. Orange can be added if desired.
Detox Juice 2: red and berry with a spicy note
It must be admitted that beet is probably not at the top of the list of favorite juices either. It is also a real nutrient bomb because it is rich in B vitamins, folic acid, potassium and iron. Combined with the spiciness of ginger and the vitamins of blackberries and apples, it creates a strong red detox juice. You can add lemon for even more vitamin C – et voilà!

- 3-4 small beets
- 2 apples
- 150 grams of blackberries
- 1-2 cm ginger
Here, too, it is good to make juice alternately from beetroot, apple, ginger and blackberries.
Detox Juice 3: Rehydrator
In addition to water, the best way to restore your body is to add citrus fruits because they are rich in electrolytes. They can best develop their effect with water. As an added bonus, we add a pinch of Himalayan salt, which is simply unbeatable with its trace elements.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 oranges
- ¼ grapefruit
- ¼ lemon
- 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Peel the citrus fruits, juice them and put the juice in a blender with salt, water and honey.
Detox Juice 4: a tropical mineral bomb
This detox juice is a real mineral bomb with its high content of potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron. In addition, there is provitamin A, as well as group B and C vitamins. - 1/2 pineapple (about 350 g)
- 3/4 cucumber (about 200 g)
