By the way: Bolognese can also be frozen in portions. So bother once, enjoy several times. Bolognese must be cooled immediately after preparation and then frozen. Temporary storage in a refrigerator is not recommended. The sauce is then stored in the freezer for about three months.

Ingredients for Bolognese spaghetti

You need: 500 grams of minced meat, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 200 milliliters of vegetable broth, 100 grams of tomato paste, 400 grams of chopped tomatoes (canned), 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 2 teaspoons of marjoram, 5 teaspoon sugar, 500 grams of spaghetti

This is how spaghetti bolognese is made

Here’s how: Peel the onion and garlic and chop very small. Peel a carrot and cut it into small pieces. Fry everything together in oil until the onion is transparent.

Add minced meat, crush with a spatula and cook. Add salt, pepper and paprika and mix everything. Add tomato paste and brown for a while.

Deglase with vegetable broth. Add chopped tomatoes and mix. Season with sugar, oregano and marjoram. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes with the lid closed.

While the sauce is cooking, boil the noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Serve with grated parmesan (or other cheese) if desired. Enjoy your meal!
