The longer the meat is marinated, the more aromatic and tender it becomes. Half an hour is usually enough for fish. Vegetables should be marinated for at least two hours, experts at the Federal Nutrition Center recommend.

Don’t skimp on the marinade, cover the grilled meat thickly
Don’t skimp on the marinade, spread the food thickly on the grate and put it in a sealable container or freezer bag in the fridge. It is best to soak the meat overnight.

Beer marinade recipe
For the beer marinade you will need: 50 milliliters of oil, 40 milliliters of vinegar, a bottle of beer (light 0.33 liters), 3 teaspoons of medium hot mustard, 3 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bay leaf, salt and pepper
Place the oil, vinegar and beer in a bowl and stir in the mustard. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Peel the garlic and press through a press. Pour the marinade, then add the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and spread on the grilled food. Beer marinade goes well with pork roasts.

Vodka marinade recipe
For the vinegar marinade you will need: 70 milliliters of vodka, 50 milliliters of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of dill, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
Peel the garlic and cut it very finely. Wash dill, shake dry and chop finely. Mix garlic, dill, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons pepper in a bowl. Add vodka and oil, mix well and brush with grilled food. This marinade goes well with beef.
Lime marinade recipe
For the lime marinade you will need: 1 finger-sized piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 organic lime, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Peel the garlic cloves and press through the press. Peel and grate the ginger finely. You need the zest and 2 tablespoons of juice from a lime. Mix everything with the rest of the ingredients and marinate the meat with it. This Asian-inspired marinade works well on chicken as well as pork belly.
