Is there anything more pleasant than the delicious smell of oven dishes? Summer cherry with cherry tomatoes and salad stewed with our fan chicken is perfect!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 packs of breakfast bacon
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeñot
  • 1 lemon
  • 300 grams of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pune
  • 2 packs of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 packet of arugula or baby spinach
  • a little olive oil

Approximately per serving:

  • There are 482 calories
  • 24 grams of fat
  • 4 grams of carbohydrates
  • 51 g of protein

And this is done as follows:


  1. Rinse the chicken, dry and make about 6 deep cross-sections, but do not cut through. Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
  2. Peel both onions and cut into strips. Fill into sliced ​​bacon, jalapeños and about half the onions. Grate lemon zest on all chicken breasts. Sprinkle with cheese and season with red. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (reverse air).
  3. Leave the cherry tomatoes on the stem and wash. Peel a clove of garlic and chop coarsely. Then marinate the cherry tomatoes, the other half of the onion strips and garlic in a bowl with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Spread the pork breast and cherry tomatoes on two baking trays and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Spread the chicken on a plate with the salad. Refine the salad with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
