Grilling with or without marinade?
Of course, you can grill almost any fish, but many types of fish cry out for a marinade to enhance their flavor. Everything suitable for a summer buffet, especially salads with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and simple leafy salads with unusual dressings, tastes good with grilled fish. But hearty side dishes such as fried potatoes or pasta salad are also a welcome addition.
