  • 1 zucchini (about 150 g)
  • 10 g pitted black olives
  • 100 grams of tomatoes
  • 50 g fetate (9% fat)
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 160 g cod fillet
  • lemon juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Approximately per serving:

  • 330 calories
  • 14 grams of fat
  • 9 grams of carbohydrates
  • 40 grams of protein

Preparation time:

  • 15 minutes (plus 20 minutes cooking time)

  1. First, wash the vegetables. Slice the zucchini and olives into thin slices. Chop the tomatoes and feta. Finely chop the rosemary. Preheat oven to 190 degrees with circulating air.
  2. Rub the cod fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush the baking tin with olive oil and place the fish in it.
  3. Spread a layer of zucchini, olives, tomatoes and feta. Set aside the rest of the zucchini and tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with rosemary. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
