Sea bass does not take long to prepare. While the oven is preheating, the preparations are almost done. Excellent. And that’s how easy it is to prepare fish.
Ingredients for about 4 servings:
6 tbsp olive oil
700 g tomatoes, quartered
3 shallots, sliced
4 garlic cloves, peeled
5 sprigs of rosemary
5 sprigs of thyme
Pepper from the mill
2 sea bass, fresh
1 organic lemon (juice only)
2 organic lemons, sliced
Approximately per serving:

9 grams of carbohydrates
20 grams of protein
about 20 minutes (plus 25 minutes baking and cooking time)
And it’s done like this:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with top/bottom heat or 100 degrees with fan.
Put the olive oil in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, 3 sprigs of rosemary and 3 sprigs of thyme. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Rinse the fish inside and out, dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then salt and pepper. Place the remaining herbs and lemon slices in the belly.
Drizzle the fish with a little olive oil. Fry them in oil in a large pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Then spread the contents of the bowl evenly on the baking sheet and add the fish. Bake everything in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve the fish with salad and fresh bread. Enjoy your meal!
We all know that fish is healthy and good for a slim figure. However, in our hectic everyday lives, we often lack inspiration on how to prepare fresh fish. And here he comes Sea bass from the oven in the game. While the oven heats up, wonderfully colored vegetables are ready.
Salt-crusted sea bream, which tastes fresh from the sea, plays in the same league. And if you want fish, but not a whole animal, we recommend smoked trout in potato soup and Bismarck herring cutlets.
