    (skinless) chicken breast fillets

Heat the multivitamin juice in a pot and reduce to a few tablespoons. Continue whisking.

Wash and dry the apple, pear and persimmon and cut the peel into bite-sized pieces or slices. Peel the pepper and red onion and cut them into strips. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut the flesh into larger cubes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the prepared ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Then add the boiled juice. Let everything simmer for a few minutes. Fruits and vegetables should still be al dente. Cut the chives into strips about 4-5 cm long and mix with the other ingredients. Season with vinegar, nut oil, lemon zest and lemon juice. Finally, mix in the avocado.

Place the chicken breast fillets between the foil and flatten to a thickness of about 1 cm. Press the garlic cloves. Heat the clarified butter and olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillets until golden brown on both sides. Add garlic, rosemary and chilli. Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook the chicken breast for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Drizzle occasionally with pan juices.

serving:

To serve, place vegetables and fruits on plates. Place the roasted chicken breasts on top, sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary sprigs and garnish with garlic and chilli.
