So summer! Spaghetti with spinach, feta and sun – dried tomatoes

Spaghetti with spinach, feta and dried tomatoes will take you to the Mediterranean. Try it!
Today we are looking for a pasta dish that would taste like a clean summer – and this spaghetti recipe with spinach, feta and sun-dried tomatoes is just what works.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
400 grams of spaghetti
salt
400 g spinach leaves, frozen
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup whipped cream
100 g of cream cheese, plain
pepper,
Nutmeg, grated
100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
200 g of fetate
Approximately per serving:

And this is done as follows:
First bring the salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Strain the frozen spinach and let it drain. Peel the garlic and onion and chop both finely.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the spinach. Thaw over medium-high heat, then add onion and garlic and brown.
Now deglasse it all with whipped cream. Bring to a boil, then mix in the cream cheese. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Cut the sun – dried tomatoes into small pieces and slice the feta.
Divide the spaghetti between the four plates, pour over the spinach sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and feta. That’s all!
