You need: 1.5 kilos of watermelon, 200 grams of feta, 50 grams of pine nuts, 3 sprigs of mint, ½ orange, ½ lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 pinch of chili flakes, 1 pinch of salt.

This is how watermelon salad with feta is prepared
This is how it is done: Cut the watermelon open, remove the pulp from the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Grate a little zest from the orange and lemon and set aside. Squeeze the orange and lemon. Mix the two juices into a sauce with oil and honey and season with salt and chili. Pour the sauce under the watermelon pieces and let it soak.
