Recipe for fish meatballs
You will need these ingredients: 400 grams of boiled white fish fillet (for example, pollock), 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 3 onions, 60 grams of soft oatmeal, salt and pepper
It works like this: Wash the spring onions and cut them into thin rings, including the green ones. Cut the fish fillet with a fork. Mix with curd and oatmeal, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to each. If necessary, add a little oatmeal. Let the mass swell.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Shape the fish mixture into meatballs with wet hands, there should be twelve pieces. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and place in a hot oven. After about 20 minutes, the fish cakes will be fried.

Tip: If you are planning fish cakes as a main course, leek goes very well with them. To do this, clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Heat oil in a pan, fry the leek in it. Deglaze with stock, stir in crème fraîche and season with salt and grated nutmeg.
Or they just serve the dip with the meatballs, like one Zucchini curd dip. Grate a small zucchini, mix with 150 grams of curd, a little olive oil and finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
